Lacrosse Cues

"Open face of stick to your face"

"High Stick" - extend arm of top hand

"L-Shape" and "keep elbow pinned to side" - arm of bottom hand

"Open & Close the Gate" - while keeping elbow pinned to side allow forearm to swing out away from then across body

"Side to Side" Big Cradle to Right and Left sides of body to use centrifical force to keep ball in stick
