Underhand "Shovel" Pass

Suggested Grade Level: All

"Pull Stick to non-dominate side of body/dominate shoulder side to target" (dominate side = top hand on stick) (non-dominate side = bottom hand on stick)

"Step with dominate foot"

"Reverse head of stick quickly to down position"

"Shovel Ball" like snow

"Big follow through toward target"
