Turning Double Dutch Jump Ropes

Suggested Grade Level: 3-8

Pair up experienced turners with beginner turners

Elbows in, feet shoulder width apart.

Left arm turns clockwise, right counterclockwise, from the elbow

Hold rope with thumb and forefinger (helps to have a knot in rope).

The rest of the fingers should be curled under the thumb and forefinger

Turn the rope high and slow
