Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Hands relaxed (Motion cue: shake your hands out)

Elbows bent (Motion cue: bend arm/elbows at 90 degrees)

Swing forward and back (Motion cue: swing bent arms forward and back)

Tall body (Motion cue: stand erect)

Jog lightly (Motion cue: "Jog"- swing bent arms forward and back; "lightly"- palms facing downward and bring hands slowly downward to waist level)
