Throwing Cues

PE Central

Reverse Thumb Throw, Frisbee

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Curl peace sign so thumb is under front rim of frisbee.

Index and middle finger are on the front rim of frisbee.

Ring and pinky finger curled up.

Step toward target with SAME foot.

At the same time as you step, holding frisbee level, snap wrist toward target.

This is the easiest throw to learn with success and accuracy.
