Jumping Jacks

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Start by standing in "toy soldier" form where your feet are together and arms at your side.

Jump into "rocketship" form where your feet are shoulder width apart and hands are together above your head.

Jump between "toy soldier" and "rocketship" form to make successful Jumping Jacks.
