Suggested Grade Level: K-3

Point a shoulder or your side to a wall or target and move towards the wall or target. Your belly button should be pointing away from the wall

Take a step sideways with the foot closest to the wall you are moving to

After stepping with this lead foot draw the other foot to this lead foot. In other words, the back foot tries to chase and catch the front/lead foot

Continue chasing with lead foot staying in the lead at all times

Step far and try to get some height after you have the step mastered
