Suggested Grade Level: 6-8

Opposite foot beside ball

Stick pulled to dominate hand side

Shovel - head of stick pointed down

Slide - scrape knuckles along ground

Baby Cradles - begin with small wrist cradle

Full Cradle - enlarge size as you return to standing position
