Graphing: Heart Rate

Before you begin taking your heart rate, please complete the number line at the left hand side of the paper. As you are taking your heart rate during rest and after different types of exercises, please plot your heart rate on the graph below. After you have plotted the numbers for all four areas, then connect the points to see the trend of the heart rate data.
