Instant Activity

Place the exercises inside of the plastic eggs (some eggs have harder exercises than the others and some even have 2 exercises in them). Then place the eggs inside of an easter basket. At the beginning of the activity every student is given one egg. When the music starts, students perform any locomotor movement (selected by the teacher) in general space. While they are performing the activity they can switch their egg with as many people as they want or they may choose to keep their own egg. When the music stops, students must open their egg and read the exercise slip inside, perform the exercise and then put the slip of paper back in the egg. Repeat as many rounds as you like.
