Name of Activity: Golf Chipping Form Assessment

Purpose of Activity: To have students assess each others golf chipping ability.

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials Needed: Golf Chipping Accuracy Assessment

Description of Idea

This assessment has room for two students on it and assesses their chipping performance. If a student sees their partner complete one of the tasks on the sheet they check successful. If the students was unable to do the task they check continue working.
