Cones are set up around the perimeter of the general space with enough distance for students to weave through them. As the students come in they all get a ball and start dribbling it (weaving) through the cones around the perimeter of the room. On the teachers signal the students move to the inside of the general space and find a partner as quickly as they can and pass the ball to their partner (can be one pass or several--the teacher makes that call). As soon as they have switched balls (by passing the ball) with their partner they can go back to dribbling around the perimeter weaving through the cones. Repeat as many times as needed.
