![]() Name of Activity: Golf Swing
Purpose of Activity: This assessment was created to test the understanding of proper form and follow through when swinging the club. Suggested Grade Level: 4-5 Materials Needed: View the Assessment Sheet Description of Idea At the end of our golf unit students are given a piece of paper with three different pictures of the different steps involved in the golf swing. They are not in order. Students must put the number underneath the picture as to which portion of the swing comes first. This allows the teacher to see if the students are cognitively understanding of the golf swing. This is a good assessment to give to the students on the first day of class and after a few lessons. |
