Name of Activity: Luau Fitness Party

Purpose of Activity: This is a fitness circuit that works on all aspects of fitness including flexibility, balance, agility, cardio, and muscle strength/endurance while incorporating a Hawaiian Luau theme.

Prerequisites: This lesson plan could be used after having discussed cultural differences or Hawaii in general. The lesson plan also has the ability to be a first look at the state and it's culture with a warm up activity that incorporates the cultural background to the rest of the lesson.

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5
