Purpose of Activity: Students will set a realistic goal for the fitness test based on how they did previous year as well as the health standard for someone their age while using this guided outline.

this is a good idea. but I think this is better if the teacher determine the type of test.because jenerally the students select type of test that like.

This is very a very good idea, allowing the student to identify his/her needs, identify his/her strengths and weaknesses at the same time giving them the opportunity to prescribe activities for their weaknesses as well as activities that will enhance their strengths. Empowerment!!!!!!!!
