Name of Activity: Throwing and Catching Journal Entry

Purpose of Activity: To assess students attitudes about their throwing and catching skills.

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials Needed: Student journal or paper, pencil and colored pencils, crayons or markers.

Time Needed to Complete: 30 minutes.

Description of Idea

Students will respond to the letter in their journal or on a separate sheet of paper using correct letter writing format. See assignment sheet.
