 Name of Activity: Overhand Throw Assessment
Purpose of Activity: This post-assessment is designed to allow students to show their cognitive understanding of the overhand throw. Prerequisites: Students should have been taught the overhand throw, throwing cues, and understanding of opposition, as well as the phases involved in the overhand throw. Suggested Grade Level: 2-5 Materials Needed: Throwing Assessment Sheet Description of Idea Print the throwing assessment sheet below and then have your children fill out either at the beginning or end of class. If you do not have time then see if the classroom teacher could take a few minutes to have the children fill these out. |
