Name of Activity: Fleeing

Purpose of Activity: The purpose of the cognitive assessment is to focus on the skill theme of fleeing along with the movement concept of pathways (straight, curved, & zigzag). In addition, the assessment emphasizes teaching to the performance cue of "eyes scanning".

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials Needed: Fleeing Cognitive Assessment

Description of Idea

Use this paper and pencil cognitive assessment after you have taught the skill theme of fleeing. For clarity, the assessment may be read to the students.
