SET UP: Scatter polyspots throughout the activity area.

Musical Forrest -- The teacher will explain that the students are animals roaming their habitats: rain-forest, desert, forest, or oceans. When the music starts, students will start moving around in space performing the specialized motor skill the instructor has chosen: alligator crawl, bear walk, etc. When the music stops, students will move to the nearest polyspot and sit on it, knowing that this area is a safe place to rest. Once they have had enough rest, change the motor skill and repeat activity.
