Name of Activity: Dodging & Chasing

Purpose of Activity: The purpose of the cognitive assessment is to focus on the skill themes of dodging and chasing along with the movement concepts of fast/slow and around/over/under.

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials Needed: Dodging and Chasing Assessment

Description of Idea

Use this paper and pencil assessment after you have taught the skills of chasing and dodging. Print the page below and then hand out to your students to complete at the beginning or end of class or give to a classroom teacher to administer.
