Name of Activity: Respecting Equipment and Others Assessment

Purpose of Activity: The purpose of the assessment was to assess in the affective domain on respecting equipment, teachers, and other students.

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials Needed: Respecting Equipment and Others

Description of Idea

The affective assessment was used to assess students' understanding of respecting equipment, teachers, and other students. Question #1 asked students to circle which picture showed students getting equipment out correctly. Question #2 asked students to circle which picture showed students participating respectfully with others around them. Question #3 asked students to circle the correct answer about what they should be doing when the teacher is talking.
