To submit your story please send an email to PE Central (pec@pecentral.org). We will need the following information included in your email.

• Your First and Last Name
• Your position/title (e.g. PE Teacher, etc.)
• School Name
• School County/District/Parish
• School Address
• Contact Phone (a phone number we can use to contact you if necessary)
• Contact Email Address
• Home Address and phone
• Your story (please include how your school was affected by the hurricane and indicate what you need most to start your recovery)
• Indicate the correct address that folks can use to send a donation
