Bulletin Board Ideas for Physical Education

Materials: fabric, butcher paper, copy paper, and staples

Description:

We hosted a 4-6 grade Newcomb Tournament. I wanted to get the entire school involved. The K and 1st grade students were excited to color the paws to support our teams and see their work displayed by the gym. I asked the 2nd and 3rd graders to make a class poster to disply inside the gym for our teams. 4-6 students trained in Physical Education to participate on the team. The students were excited to help make our team successful.

Additional Information:

* Yellow butcher paper as the background to make the school colors stand out.
* Blue and orange fabric for our school colors
* Letter punchouts for the Wildcats
* Paws for the border (found one on the internet and cut and pasted 6 on a page). I ask K and 1st grade Teachers if they would let their students color them for the board. Boys colored blue and girls colored orange.
