Title of Bulletin Board: Conflict Mediation

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: picture and letter cut-outs, 3 different color paper

Description:

This board was created to show off who the conflict mediators are in our school and what days they mediate. If there is a problem the kids know to go to those students who are on call. The different colors represent different teams that are available each day. Each conflict mediator gets trained.
