Materials: Butcher paper for the background, white, black,red & yellow construction paper, pictures of soccer balls

Description:

The bulletin board inspiration came from a summer class I took called "Teaching Respect and Responsiblity Through Movement". Our school is focused on setting goals. I think it is important for my students to learn the values of respect and responsibility. The soccer theme caught the students attention and they were able to make the connection. It states "Make Respect and Responsibility Your Goals!"

The net was constructed out 40 1/2 in black strips of construction paper and the goal was out of 2 in white. I downloaded soccer ball pictures and cut flames out of red and yellow construction paper. I used Word Art for the lettering.
