Description:

I use this board around the holidays to encourage students to work out over the holidays. You can use any colors you desire. I take the various balls and form a circle then cut long strips of paper to form a bow and attach this to the wreath. I then add snowflakes with workout tips in the middle such as eat healthy, different workouts, sit ups, drink plenty of water, etc. I then add lights for emphasis around the outer borders.
