Description:

The PE classes at our school are focused on fitness and exercise, instead of competitive games. Being in a Catholic School, our theme this year is "Prayers Go Up and Blessings Come Down". This bulletin board is a reminder for everyone to keep their body physically healthy by exercising, and keep their heart & soul healthy by praying.

Very nice poster. Too bad we can't include that in the public school system!Prayer is extremely important in developing spiritual and emotional wellness as well
