Description:

Triple A's stands for Arms, Abdominals and Aerobics. Students perform different activities each day to help increase their aerobic capacity and strength. They learn where these muscles are in the body, and why it is important to work out these muscles. They love the constant change up of exercises so they do not get bored and remain on task!!
