Materials: Construction paper and tin foil

Description:

This seasonal board represents 4 different areas of overall health and wellness. It emphasizes the emotional, physical, social, and intellectual aspects of a healthy lifestyle. This visual reminder reinforces the concept that as an individual you have value and taking care of yourself is important. The student reads the board, and sees that these different areas of health and wellness leads to their reflection in the “Pot of Gold”.
