Title of Bulletin Board: We Are All ISLANDERS!

Materials: Orange Backing Paper, Islander cut out, Blue Lettering, Blue Border

Description:

The purpose of the GO ISALNDERS! Bulletin Board, was to showcase a school wide assembly program that my school hosted with the NY ISLANDER Organization, about teamwork. The whole school saw the assembly and some children got to participate in ineractive role plays with "Sparky the Dragon" who is the NY Islanders team mascot.

I used this board to showcase pictures of students during the assenbly. In addition, I would use the bulletin board as a discussion piece as I would line my class up to wait for their tracher and we would discuss TEAMWORK and working TOGETHER!
