Description:
The students at my school use a chart to document their daily physical activities. We promote getting out and getting active on our morning news program and our afternoon announcements. The 5th grade art students designed sneakers along with slogans to promote their products and to bring about an awareness of the importance of being active. The pictures were made during art class using plain white paper and crayons. They were glued on a larger sheet of construction paper. Creative minds and simple art supplies made a very attractive display with a powerful and eye-catching message.
