Description:

The bulletin board was built for the students to visually see how they are doing as a class. The hands represent their participation level, completion of homework, good behavior and the will to help others.

This tree serves as a good motivation tool because the less hands on the tree means the class needs to improve as a whole or if there are a lot of hand on the tree the class can see they are doing great. When a student gets to put a hand up, they write on the back of the hand why they get to put the hand on the tree. This has helped a lot in our room beccause it makes the students more responsible and they can track their progress with the hands on the tree.
