Title of Bulletin Board: Color Your World With Fitness

Materials: Letters, a picture of the world, several large crayons, the 5 components of fitness

Description:

This bulletin board is used to teach students about the 5 components of fitness. Throughout the year we use the bulletin board to identify the parts of fitness addressed in that day's lesson. We also discuss different activities students could take part in if they wish to improve in a specific area of fitness.
