Description:

The American Heart Association has a video out on "Heart Power." The video talks about how nutritious snacks, exercising habits, and living a tobacco-free life all have a significant role in maintaining a healthy heart. During February this was especially stressed because of the fact that the month is devoted to Valentine's Day. The students loved to see the main character of the video, "Heart Power" outside of their classroom along with various snapshots of themselves and fellow classmates hard at work and exercising making their hearts stronger.
