Materials: Bulletin board paper, construction paper, black marker, red marker,scissors, glue, tape, pictures of exercises

Description:

The board was made with the idea of looking into a doll house (or as ones own home). The board gives students a visual of ideas/suggestions of what they can do to stay active and get some exercise when the winter months come, and the children are stuck inside! It allows them to see choices they can make to keep their bodies moving, especially in such a technology driven society. My ideas for inside exercises are, sit ups, dancing, jumping rope, hula hooping, push ups, going up and down stairs, and jumping jacks. (This board could actually be listed under several other category titles....ex. Motivation, Fitness, Physical Activities....)
