Title of Bulletin Board: Step Into Dance

Description:

The purpose of this bulletin board is to get kids excited about dancing. Students have the opportunity to learn a fundamental dance routine outside of PE class on their own time. The bulletin board clearly shows the four basic 4-counts associated with the grapevine line dance. The title is very big and eye catching. The title of the bulletin board and the dance are located at the top of the board. Then, there are individual foot cutouts that illustrate the movements and progressions of the dance. Each foot has the "count" that the step is on along with a dotted line to connect the foot to the next placement. Students are able to stand in front of the board and follow along with their feet to learn and execute this line dance. There are even action words such as "clap" and "kick" at the end of the counts to show what their action is after completing the steps.
