Description:

This bulletin board has heart healthy facts, gives tips on how to prevent heart disease with simple ways such as, portion size, increase whole grains and eat more fruits and vegetables with simple tips of how to do such. Talk about how heart structure changes due to exercise and how the heart changes differently if you are an endurance or strength athlete. Then there are 10 interesting exercise facts about different exercises to help students gain some interest into reading the bulletin board. The board was created because the students were doing an agilities unit and kept asking what benefit they would get from doing these exercises.
