PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Solving Problems

Category: Cooperation

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials: Paper and laminate

Description:

The "Solve the Problem" bulletin board is posted to remind the students about how they can resolve conflicts on their own. We promote the series of "Talk, Rock, Walk" as the best way to solve a problem. First, "TALK" it out - share your feelings so your friends know what is wrong, and use your words instead of actions. Second, "ROCK" Paper Scissors - when two people need help making a decision. Third, "WALK" away - if someone is hurt, or you tried other strategies and it is not working, tell an adult.
