Description:

This was from the Jump Rope for Heart time period where we tried to integrate writing into the unit. We wanted to connect what we are doing in PE with literacy, while working with the classroom and art teachers. Students cut out hearts and then wrote biographical information about themselves, including about their family, what they did for fitness and fun, what different sports they played, etc.
