Description:

As a way to tie MLK Jr. Day and Black History Month together, the K-3rd grade students at Orchard Hollow showed their "FAIRNESS", "TEAMWORK", and "EQUALITY" as they used their bodies to spell out these ideas, and used those ideas to form pyramids with classmates. We also had a discussion of what that looks like in PE, in the school, and also outside of school.

The students' letters were put together to form the words "Fairness", "Teamwork", and "Equality", and there are also over 20 pyramids on the board as well. The students love to walk by and pick themselves out, as well as their brothers and sisters.
