This board features, "Healthy Habits" that everyone should make part of their daily routine. There is a portion on Brushing Teeth, Sun Safety, Positive Attitudes, Sleep, Washing Hands, Physical Activity, Breakfast, and the Food Guide Pyramid. Included with each segment I have pictures as well as key tools that go along with Healthy Habits that we can accommodate into our day. A lot of these are key to help us stay in prime healthy condition such as washing hands, and getting the right amount of sleep. My Title is, "Real Relevant Right Now! Healthy Habits!" I picked this topic because these are all very relevant and real issues that we must face when it comes to our daily health routines. And they are all things that that we can do right now!
