I often hear excuses for why people aren't active. I want to convey the message that lifetime activity is for everyone. I want people to realize that it doesn't matter how old or young they are, how skilled or unskilled they are, how big or small they are, etc. I wanted to show examples (pictures) of active people of all shapes, sizes, ages, etc. My hope is that people will view this bulliten board and get some ideas on how they can become more active. My hope is that this bulliten board will motivate people to become more active now and for the rest of their life.
