Sleep
Two pictures of nutritious food, two pictures of children exercising, two pictures of water (water bottles, a dog being given a drink of water), a picture of a child sleeping and a picture of a puppy sleeping.
Students are taught that nutrition, exercise, water and sleep all contribute to a healthy, physically fit body.

An excellent daily message. NEWS reminder bulletin can be used for an entire school population. These aspects are compromised by our busy schedules and given the least amount of focus. Also, is an excellent way to promote PE Good Job!
