Description:

My "Don't Gobble Unless You Wobble" bulletin board incorporates the importance of exercise during Thanksgiving. I have came up with a catchy phrase along with a turkey to get the students attention. In addition, I put the word "exercise" along the turkey's feathers so that students will exercise during their Thanksgiving Break. In addition, there are turkey legs that have nutrition and exercise information on them.. such as: the average American will eat 2.5 lbs of food at Thanksgiving, eating breakfast before your Thanksgiving day meal will help you eat less, exercise regularly will help increase your metabolism for the holiday season. I built this bulletin board to show students and the community that it is important to exercise and eat right during Thanksgiving. The purpose of the bulletin board is to inform students about Thanksgiving nutrition so they realize before the meal what they can do to not gain the holiday pounds.
