Healthy Body balance was created to teach students how to balance their body and maintain homeostasis. It shows them that by participating in physical activities and eating right their “scale” is in balance. Students seem to love the scale effect. Teachers can bring in cut out pictures of healthy foods and different activities and have students place them where they need to go on the scale.
