Title of Bulletin Board: Health Related Fitness Components

Materials: colored paper, di-cut letters, laminator, di-cut stars

Description:

This bulletin board lists the five health related fitness components strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and body composition. The five Fitnessgram tests are also listed. Students try to match the Fitnessgram activities to the
components they tests. For Example: Pacer test=cardiovascular endurance. Sit and reach test=flexibility. Curl-Up=muscular endurance/strength. Push-Ups=muscular endurance/strength. Trunk Extension=muscular strength.
