Title of Bulletin Board: What Is Wellness?

Materials: bulletin board paper, apple diecuts, posters, etc.

Description:

This bulletin board was created in order to reinforce our monthly focus on wellness. In order to do that, we created a bulletin board to discuss exercise, what it is,how to exercise, and is exercise all you need. Many students don't realize they might be doing it already. But to offer more information on exercise, nutrition, and wellness we created the bulletin. As a school we have been focusing on Respecting your body, Making nutritional healthy choices, and staying physically active. These are important factors that also tie into my health curriculum as well as a district wide goal.
