Description:

This board was created to teach students about writing personal fitness goals using the SMART acronym. The board shows what SMART stands for (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely)to help students remember the parts of writing a goal. The stars at the top of the board have SMART goal examples about different fitness tests written on them. Other stars explain some of the things to think about when writing their goals like, "Create personal fitness goals that challenge you." Others provide guiding questions for students to think when asking themselves if they have written their SMART goal correctly.

This board can be used as a teaching tool for explaining SMART goals at the start of creating a personal fitness plan.
