Description:

Put this board up in the cafeteria where the kids go everyday. The board is trying to persuade the kids to make healthy choices by the numbers. Each number 1-5 promotes a healthy choice they should make every day. We got this idea from a NRG Balance promotion we received in the mail.
1= 1 hour of physical activity each day
2= 2 or less hours of screen time each day
3= 3 meals a day
4= 4 or more cups of water a day
5= 5 or more servings of fruit and vegetables a day
