This bulletin board is intended to promote Physical Education by listing all the benefits. These benefits are improved physical fitness, self-discipline, reinforcement of other subjects, regular physical activity, leadership and cooperation, peer relationships, goal setting, confidence, stress reduction, and skill development. This board is intended for K-5 aged students because most of the pictures are of children at that age. The goal is to inform students of why they are in Physical Education class.
